Super Quick and Easy Chicken Enchiladas
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 12 small flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn kernels, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cilantro, red onion, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
